Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These terms cover working with Postcut on podcast post-production. They're written plainly and kept short. The specifics of any project — scope, pricing, and turnaround — are agreed directly over email before work starts.

The service

Postcut provides podcast post-production: audio cleanup, video editing, short-form clips, show notes, and publishing or scheduling. Exactly which of these apply to your project, and the agreed turnaround, are confirmed in writing over email before work begins.

Getting started

A project starts once the scope is agreed and you've shared your files via a link you control. You're responsible for making sure those files are complete and that you have the rights to the material you send.

Your content and rights

Revisions and turnaround

Turnaround times shared on the site are typical targets, not guarantees — longer or more complex episodes may take more time, and you'll be told upfront. A fair round of revisions is included so the result matches what was agreed; substantial changes beyond the original scope may be quoted separately.

Payment

Pricing is agreed per project or per plan before work starts. Invoices are due as agreed in that arrangement. Monthly plans continue until either side cancels with reasonable notice.

Responsibilities

Every effort is made to deliver high-quality work on time. Postcut isn't liable for indirect losses, for delays caused by incomplete or late files, or for outages of third-party tools and hosting platforms outside its control.

Ending a project

Either side can end an arrangement by email. Work completed up to that point remains payable, and any files held will be removed on request once things are wrapped up.
